Consumer dispute resolution

I am neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).

Purchase and billing

The app and its in-app purchase are distributed solely through the App Store. Your contract of sale is with Apple, not with me. Invoices, payment and refunds are handled there. For questions about the app itself, write to the address above; the support page already answers the most common ones.

Liability for links

This site links to a few external offerings, such as the App Store. Their operators alone are responsible for their content. Nothing unlawful was apparent when the links were made.
